Beginner program is specialized and designed to develop students without experience. Performance through forms, kicks and self-defense. Our exercises will enhance the student’s Taekwondo skills. Beginners program will provide a complete workout, both aerobic and anaerobic, and incorporates stretching, self-defense techniques, forms, sparring, and promotion belt progression. Students will enjoy their time and feel confident in class while learning martial arts. Each class is 45 minutes long.
Intermediate Program is specialized for experienced students and designed to develop the student’s performance through forms, kicks and self-defense with fast-paced instruction. The class will continue to provide a complete workout, both aerobic and anaerobic, and incorporates stretching, self-defense techniques, forms, sparring, breaking and testing for belt progression. Each Taekwondo class is 45 minutes long
